Owner - Mike Morgan

Meet the Owner of Morgan Well & Pump Inc!

Mike Morgan has owned MWP since 2001, but worked for his dad, Charlie Morgan, before that. He has been around well work his entire life.

Although Mike is not part of day-to-day operations anymore, he is still a key person in growing our business. He helps make big decisions and is helpful in giving us advice.

Fun Fact about Mike, he eats a Reese's Peanut Butter cup every day.

Tiffany Morgan

Tiffany handles all the accounts payable and receivable to the company.

She is married to Chris Morgan and has worked for MWP for around eight years. We would be lost without her.

She has three kids that keep her busy outside of work.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, and re-doing spaces around her house.

Brittany Clause

Brittany answers the phone and handles all the scheduling for all our drill crews and service crews.

She is daughter to Mike Morgan and is married to Garrett Clause.

Brittany has worked here for eight years but has been around well work her entire life and can answer questions just as well as the guys most of the time! She also has her Class C well contractor license.

Outside of work, she is mom to three kids, and she enjoys camping and reading.

Alethea Morgan

Alethea is vice president of the company. She and Mike own the company and have run it since 2001.

She used to handle the phone, scheduling, and accounts payable/receivable, before Brittany and Tiffany came along. She now helps in the office when needed but also watches the grandkids while their parents work.

We are truly a family business and couldn’t do it without her. Alethea enjoys walking and traveling with her family outside of work.

Laney Carrouth

Laney has been with us for 2 years. She is a part of our office staff and helps with answering the phone, scheduling and invoicing.

In her spare time, she spends time taking her boys on adventures and shopping at Walmart!

Mark Nye

We recently hired Mark as our part-time CEO. He is helping us grow our business and be successful. Our goals are big, and we need his help to get us there. Mark has many years’ experiences in a lot of different organizations. We are grateful for his insight and expertise.

Tommy Morton

Tommy is our lead mechanic. He came to us with many years of experience in the mechanical industry. We have a lot of things that need to be fixed and Tommy is always figuring it out! Tommy has a beautiful family and recently welcomed a baby girl into their lives. When he is not at work he is either working on his or a friends car or hunting!

Our Service Crew

Joe Fitzwater

Joe has been with us for eight years. He is our lead technician. We call him our 2” well expert, too! He is a C class certified well contractor.

When he isn’t at work, he spends time with two sons and wife, Caroline. He also enjoys camping, working on 4-wheelers and other small engine projects.

Adam Foster

Adam has been with us for four years. He is now a Class C certified well contractor. He is a also one of our 2” well experts.

When Adam isn’t at work, he spends time with his daughter, Lily & Fiancée Lindsey. He also likes to listen to music and play sports.

Logan Carter

Logan has been with us for almost 2 years and is our newest class C well contractor. He has learned the ropes fast and continues to learn more all the time.

He is the brother of Zach that is also a part of our service team.

Zach Carter

Zach has been with us for 3 years and is a part of our service crew. He is currently studying to take his Class C well certification.

His brother is Logan who is also part of our service crew.

Thomas Borkowski

Thomas has been with us for 2 years and is a part of our service crew. He is our most recent Class C well contractor. He is also learning about water softeners and testing water.

Isaiah Sechler

Isaiah has been with us for less than a year. He is currently learning the ropes. He usually works with Joe and is learning quickly.

Tristin Clawson

Tristin has been with us for less than 6 months. He got to know a lot of our employees when he was on our softball team. He is still learning about the well business and usually works with Adam.

Our Drill Crew

Chris Morgan

Chris has been around well drilling basically his whole life. He started helping his dad and grandpa when he was a kid. He is a certified well contractor, and he would tell you that his favorite thing to do is drill wells.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his wife, Tiffany, and three kids. He also enjoys working on golf carts and old trucks.

Garrett Clause

Garrett has been with us for seven years. He is one of our certified well drillers who usually runs one of our rigs. When he is not behind the rig you will find him testing water and installing filtration systems. He also helps with service calls when he is needed.

Garrett is married to Brittany, and they have three kids. Garrett likes to watch racing, go camping with family, and cook.

Roy Houston

Roy has been helping the drilling crew for six years now. He also is good at just about anything we ask him to do around the shop.

Roy loves his dogs and used to spend his free time acting as a real-life pirate at the Renaissance festival.

Luke Fitzwater

Luke is our newest licensed Class A Certified well contractor. He has been with us for over 3 years. His brother is Joe who is on our service crew. Luke will oversee our future Norwood location that we are excited to implement soon.

In his spare time Luke spends time with family and children. He is the one who always wears overalls!

Alex Todd

Alex Todd is son to Jay and basically family as well. Alex is one of our Class A Well Contractors who runs the Lincolnton office. He may be young, but he knows his way around the rig and also has his CDL license. In his spare time, he likes to go hunting and spend time with family. He is married to Jessica with one little boy and another one on the way!

Jay Todd

Jay Todd has worked for Morgan Well & Pump for over fifteen years. He is basically family to the Morgan’s. He is a certified well-contractor and lead driller for his crew.

He enjoys turkey hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Sam Byrd

Sam has been with us for almost 2 years and is part of our Lincolnton drill team.

He works hard with Alex every day drilling wells. They make a great team!

He is currently studying to take his Class A well drilling licenses.

Jose Santos

Jose is on our Lincolnton drill crew and has been with us for less than a year. He works great with Alex and Sam getting wells drilled in those areas.

Although he is young, he is learning ropes quickly.

He is also studying to take his CDL test.

Caleb Peters

Caleb is one of our newest employees; he came to us with a CDL that we desperately needed. He is on our drilling crew and will go to whichever rig we need him on.

Outside of work Caleb likes to hunt and play video games.

Ethan Porter

Ethan is on our drill crew and has been with us for one year. He usually works behind the rig with Luke or Chris but goes to whichever rig we need him at.

He is currently studying to get his CDL’s

James Marcum

James is on our drill crew and has been with us less than a year. He usually works behind the rig with Luke or Chris but goes to whichever rig we need him at.

He is currently studying to get his CDL’s.

Audric Coe

Audric has been with us for less than 1 year. He started out on our service crew but quickly realized he enjoyed drilling better. He is on Jay’s drill crew and is starting to learn the ropes quickly.

He is currently studying to get his CDL license.

Tim Goodwin

Tim is our most recent asset to our drilling crew. He recently moved from Florida. He came with us with his CDL's which has been such a big help. When Tim is not working he loves spending time with his family.
